Reprise changed the title of the album from 'Swing Along With Me' to 'Sinatra Swings' following a successful court case by Capitol, who considered it too close to their earlier 'Come Swing With Me'. The tracklisting for both albums is the same. Previous Come Swing With Me! Next I Remember Tommy.

  7. Swing Along With Me CD music This is an excellent CD of Sinatra material. Swing Along With Me buy CD music The sound is superb and without a hard edge and the session swings. Swing Along With Me songs Sinatra seems right in his element of lounge swing and Bill Mays orchestra delivers the goods. Its a lighter and breezier Sinatra set.

The album's two titles derive from the fact that Capitol thought this album, originally titled Swing Along With Me, was so close in sound and title to Sinatra's earlier Capitol album Come Swing with Me! that the label sought, and was granted, a court order requiring Reprise to change the title of this, only his second Reprise album, to Sinatra.
